Songyuan foundry is subordinated to Chuye metalworking Co. , Ltd. , which consists of Songyuan foundry, Songyuan precision casting factory, Songyuan chemical plan and New building material factory. Songyuan foundry was founded in 1980, which was the origin of Chuye metalworking Co. Ltd. It has been growing and developing for more than 20 years. At present its annual output capability is about 20, 000 tons of high quality casting. The weight of a unitary casting used in different field, which covers various types of normal sewer catch basin's lid(manhole cover & fame) , the iron rating & frame and other machined parts.
The foundry owns whole sets of production equipment-three automatic resin sand casting lines of production, tow cupolas(the rating is 3 tons per hour) , three 3-tons cranes, one gantry traveler , two sand mullers, one barrel type shot-blasting machine. It puts TQC(total quality control) in practice and has high quality testing apparatus including the hydraulic universal physical testing machine and the spectrometer imported form Spectro company of Germany. All kinds of product are inspected according to the national standards, ISO standards and/or the specifications requested by purchaser. The foundry always servers its customs dependably and promptly.
